Q: What is Beshteeya and what does it even mean?
A: Beshteeya is a golf company. We're not here to improve your game, just make it a bit easier on the eyes.
Q: Can you ship to X?
A: Probably. If your country is not listed during checkout get in touch at store@beshteeya.com and we’ll try and sort something out. It might cost you a bit more so keep that in mind. Shipping to APO addresses is not a problem.

Q: How long is delivery going to take?
A: That depends on the area you’re ordering from and of course the availability of the products. We try to dispatch all orders once a week usually within 5 working days after the order has been placed, if there are any major delays we’ll make sure to let you know well in advance.
Keep in mind, all apparel is made to order, so it usually takes a 5-6 more days for that to ship out, possibly longer depending on the volume of orders.
Q: What is your returns policy?
Hard goods
We issue refunds for markers, balls, tees, gloves etc. within 30 days of the purchase of the product. If the product is ruined during transit, you can request a refund, replacement, or exchange for a product of same value. Otherwise the products you wish to return have to be unused/unpackaged and in the same condition you received them. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A full refund (including shipping costs) can be given for any orders that haven't yet been shipped out.
Apparel
No returns unless damaged on arrival, since all apparel is made to order. Make sure you order the correct size/color. In case of damage we will issue refunds within 15 days of the purchase of the product. The apparel you wish to return has to be unused and in the same condition you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A full refund (including shipping costs) can be given for any orders that haven't yet shipped out under the condition that we haven't already placed an order for the apparel with the manufacturer.
